Competency Based Training Systems

All our operators undergo a rigorous competency based training scheme to ensure a high capability level is achieved.  Annual assessments are carried out to check the level of competency.

Our operators play a major role in the Factory Acceptance Test of the gangways as well as the in-harbour and offshore commissioning phases of the delivery scope.

Our operators are available for the on-site training of client personnel.
