Offshore Solutions BV (OSBV) is a leading provider of marine walk to work systems. Backed by global parent companies, OSBV is committed to maintaining its position in this emerging market. We are looking for an outstanding engineer to run our technical functions.

This is an extremely diverse job covering amongst other areas design, project management and sales support. In addition to being responsible for the successful day to day functions of our engineering and projects groups the candidate must be able to manage the development of our next generation unit through detailed design, manufacture and testing into operations. 

This is an opportunity for a professional engineer, confident with making decisions to join the management team and influence the future direction of a dynamic young company. The ability to work within a challenging technical environment and provide fit for purpose solutions is more important than formal qualifications however the right candidate will have a strong commitment to ensuring that sound engineering principles and processes are followed.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Engineering
• Experience and practical knowledge of machines, preferably marine bias
• Experience in project engineering of multi-discipline engineering teams with specific machine knowledge
• Experience in design office operations
• Experience in project management
• Good verbal and written English communications skills
• Excellent client management skills
• Experienced in management of multi- discipline engineering team
